6th Annual Walk for Shelter

This past Saturday Common Ground Church took the lead on putting on the GSA Walk for Shelter and there was huge success. 269 people came out to walk on behalf of the homeless and near homeless in Loudoun. 42 people came out from Common Ground. As a church family we provided moon bounces, sound, lots of free food, face painting, and almost all of the volunteers for the event. God was honored by the love of His people for those neediest among us. We were His hands and feet. Our hope is that we will continue to walk day to day on behalf of the homeless an near homeless in Loudoun by giving clothes to one of the four GSA thrift stores, volunteering, giving financially, and praying.
